Black Group @ Souderton High School Wrestling Room
Every Monday and Wednesday from 6:30-8:00
The team will practice on either Friday night or Saturday morning depending on the weekend meet schedule.

White Group @ Indian Crest Jr. High Cafeteria
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-8:00

Red Group @ Souderton High School Wrestling Room
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00-7:00
